Come to me, all who are weary & burdened, & I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28

We welcome all
to come as you are!

At Concordia, we raise our voices in praise and thanksgiving  to God in a traditional service setting. Our liturgy (order & structure of service) is firmly based in scripture and rooted in tradition. The liturgy brings us the service of God's forgiveness in the language we speak everyday, but with a reverence that distinguishes itself from the everyday.

Dress
Sunday best? Hello!
Straight from work? Great! Everything is covered in spit-up? Welcome!
The Holy Spirit will dress your heart as you spend time with fellow believers hearing His Word.
Hymns
We rejoice in being able to "make a joyful noise to the Lord"! Hymns are like prayers; they thank, praise, ask, acknowledge, comfort, invite, and teach. Sing them loud and proud with the whole body of Christ!
Confession & Absolution
As Christians, we are instructed to confess our sins. At Concordia, we do this collectively every Sunday. After, we are absolved of our sins by God's grace and mercy!
Readings
Romans 10:17 tells us that faith comes by hearing. We hear four different Bible readings every week - Old Testament, Psalm, Epistle (letters from the Apostles), and Gospel (Matthew, Mark, Luke or John).
Sermon
The sermon is a means by which the pastor, as the apostles did, brings His Word to shepherd His people. It’s how God delivers His truth, convicts of sin, and comforts with grace - pointing always to Christ.
Online Service
While we encourage and recognize the importance of in person worship, we are thankful for the ability to share the service with those who cannot be with us.
Services are found on our Facebook page.
